Joe Piza, fish biologist of environmental protection, walks away with the can that held the planted catch. Bathers and low midsummer waters were problems enough. So the trout in Diana's Pool in the Natchez River didn't jump at the lure of starring in a "BYC" segment. But a couple of ambitious extras, spurred on by a slick TV crew, did.
