- Rendering of Ellis Island on the 2017 membership card for the Statue of Liberty - Ellis Island Foundation. The image was used previously on posters and note cards sold through the Foundation's Web site. Also, the cards were the official Christmas cards for the Statue of Liberty's concessionaire, Evelyn Hill Corporation
- Journals and note cards by Acorn Designs
- Custom throws and tapestries available by Ty Mawr Classics. Throws depicting Valle Crucis, North Carolina art by Carol were placed on throws created for Mast General Store
- Five images were licensed by Good Cause Greetings, the company that raises money for international good causes
- One-of-a-kind hand-cut mahogany jigsaw puzzles by Jardin Puzzles and Sunbonnet Puzzles
- Line of pashmina scarves by Pam's Pashminas, Boston, Massachusetts. Wild Roses organic cotton scarf line is based on the artist's original watercolor
- Silk-screened T-shirts

- Stationery stores commission art to be used on wedding and event invitations, announcements, note cards, stationery, and Holiday cards
- Carol has her own line of Preserve America note cards, Holiday cards, and posters. She obtained the federal national trademark for Preserve America

- Art blown up for a barbershop opening window display in Essex, England
- Note cards for Angel Delgadillo (the angel of Route 66) to sign for visitors to his Route 66 Gift Shop and Barbershop Museum
